well first make sure you dont have a vacuum hose or such disconnected somewhere that is causing your idle to be low. if thats not the case then your iaa may just need to be cleaned and lubricated so that the valves dont stick. someone posted about how to do it before. also, you could just increase the idle by turning the screw counterclockwise with the connector disconnected for the mean time so that your car it doesnt easily stall. heres how to clean the iaa though. good luck
